All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for your order, please review the information below regarding shipping and delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to the fulfillment facility, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item at no additional cost whenever eligible.
